What are your application qualifications?
To become a resident at Springs at La Grange every applicant must meet the following rental qualifications:
Must make 3x the rent
Must have no evictions
Must have good rental history
Must not have a criminal background history
How are requirements for leasing an apartment home verified?
Every resident at Springs at La Grange must undergo a credit and criminal background screening. Every residents rental history and employment will be verified as well. More information about our screening criteria is available from the leasing center.
What are the differences in your floor plans?
Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first-floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second-floor level, while our Summit apartments offer great views from the third floor.
Are these apartments for sale?
The apartment homes at Springs at La Grange are available for rent only.
What are the Springs at La Grange lease terms?
We offer flexible lease terms from 3 to 15 months; we do not have the option to provide month-to-month agreements.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes!We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions,visit here.
Does Springs at La Grange offer garage options?
Many floor plans are available with a direct access garage, when reviewing the floor plans, they are notated with “G” for a single garage and “T” for a 2-car garage.
What school district is Spring at La Grange in?
Residents of Springs at La Grange will attend Bowen Elementary, Zachary Taylor Elementary, Crosby Middle School, or Eastern High School. Additional information can be acquired by contacting the Jefferson County School District.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
There is a Kroger Grocery store conveniently located 1.6 miles away at the intersection of Hurstbourne Parkway and Westport Road.
Can I apply online?
The online application process is easy, simply find a floor plan you would like to reserve in the floor plans section and select your desired lease term.
Who is responsible for paying utilities?
The resident is responsible for all utilities. Water and electricity are individually metered. You will receive a bill each month with your total water consumption that will be billed with your rent. Cable and internet services are provided by AT&T U-verse.
Is renters insurance required for residents?
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
