Becoming a Springs at Port Charlotte Resident
Yes! Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access from your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walking distance from your front door.

We do not offer furnished options, but you can rent furniture through CORT.com. Contact us for more details!
Yes! We offer leases from 3-18 months for qualified residents. After your lease ends, we can explore options and roll over into a month to month lease when possible.
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions.
For dogs there is a $75 Poo Prints fee.

Your water and sewer are billed in 2-month cycles, so your first usage will likely show up on your third month’s statement.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100K minimum in coverage. Don’t forget to add us as an “Additional Interested Party” with the following information:

Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.

As a resident of Springs Premium Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
