Yes! We offer flexible lease terms from 3-18 month leases. After your lease ends, we can explore options and you may roll into month to month status when possible.

To become a resident at Springs at Six Mile Cypress, every applicant must meet the following rental qualifications:

• Must make 3x the rent
• Must have no evictions
• Must have good rental history
• Must not have a criminal background history

The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up on your third month's statement.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
