Becoming a Springs at Palma Sola Resident
Yes! Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access from your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walking distance from your front door.
We do not offer furnished options, but you can rent furniture through CORT.com. Contact us for more details!
Yes! We do offer short term leases. We have a wide range of leases. Anywhere from 3-18 month leases.
Current Springs at Palma Sola Residents
Your water bill shows up on your account around 45-60 days after move in. You have your own meters inside your unit so it will be billed by how much is used by the household.
You are required to have renters insurance through the entirety of your lease. This is a $100,000 liability minimum.
We also need to be added as an "Additional Interested Party" on your insurance policy.
Absolutely! You can, if you choose to transfer during a current lease, you would have to give 30 day notice, and pay a transfer fee of 75% of your current rent. You would also be required to put down a new $200 security deposit and $55 connection fee for the new unit when you decided on the unit you want to transfer to.
If you wait until the end of your lease, you can transfer with no transfer fee and only a 30-day notice.

As a resident of Springs Premium Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
