Your Springs Apartments community has partnered with Stake to bring you Continental Cash Back every month when you pay your rent on time and save rewards in the Stake app.
Stake is a financial platform on a mission to empower renters with Continental Cash Back every month with a suite of banking services and Cash Back on rent. Stake is a completely free amenity offered by your rental community which allows you to earn unlimited Cash Back, report your rent payments to boost your credit score, and more.
Stake Visa Debit card is a free, no-fee debit card that links directly to your Stake account. When you utilize your Stake card, you earn at least:
You have two ways to earn 2% Cash Back on your rent:
1. No fees: Locate the account and routing number in your Stake app to pay rent via ACH in your resident portal
*Signing up for the Stake Visa Debit Card is required to activate your Stake checking account, but the card does not need to be received or activated. Find your Stake checking account and routing number under Banking>Manage my Card.
2. Pay rent with your Stake Visa Debit Card. You will pay the transaction fees upfront, but they will be immediately reimbursed to your Stake account.
No. Stake Visa Debit is a no-fee, no debt, debit card designed to empower renters to earn Cash Back on rent payments and everyday purchases.
Stake Visa Debit is linked to an FDIC insured checking account. Stake is a suite of financial services, an amenity paid for by your property management team.
Credit Builder is a free service from Continental Properties and Stake that allows you to automatically report your on-time rent payments to boost your credit score. Credit Builder is completely free and you only have to opt-in one time in the Stake app. Stake never reports anything that would negatively affect your credit score.

Right here! You can download the app and login with your phone number at http://www.stake.rent/download. The first person listed on the lease must be the one to register with the same phone number provided to the leasing office.
You will receive an email from hello@stake.rent when your account is ready, typically on the first day of your lease start date.
At the baseline, you earn 2% Cash Back instantly for paying rent with the Stake Visa Debit card. However, you may have received another Cash Back offer when you signed your lease. This means you earn 2% Cash Back on top of your initial offer. If you choose not to pay rent with the Stake card, you will still earn your cash rewards in the Stake app on Reward Days, but will not be eligible for receiving the additional 2% back each month. There are two Reward Days every month:
For example, if your rent is $1,000 and you are earning up to 5% Cash Back, that is a total of $50 every month! You would earn $40 on Rent Match Day and $10 on Savings Bonus Day.
Rent is not paid through the Stake app, but you can use your Stake Visa Debit card to pay rent through Active Building. Each time you pay rent with your Stake Debit card, your transaction fees are reimbursed, and you will earn an additional 2% cash back.
To ensure you have enough money on your Stake Visa Debit card to pay rent, be sure to add funds by transferring money from your bank account or by connecting direct deposit from your payroll within the app. Please note it takes 2-3 business days to make a transfer (weekends do not count as business days). Debit card processing fees charged when paying rent with your Stake Visa Debit card will be deposited back into your Stake account.
Your community will let us know that you’ve paid on time so that you are eligible for Rewards Days!
If you move in on the 1st of the month, you will earn your first reward on the third Tuesday of the same month. For alternate move-in days, you will be rewarded a pro-rated amount on the next rewards day.
If multiple people 18+ are listed on the lease and wish to have separate Stake accounts, reach out to Stake support by emailing hello@stake.rent, texting 206-385-4044, or using the in-app chat with their name(s) and phone number(s). The Continental Cash Back reward will be divided evenly amongst each resident each month, but only when the full rent amount is paid on time.

As a resident of Springs Luxury Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
