No matter which of our Springs Apartments communities you call home, you will find a number of shopping options nearby to make life convenient and add a little fun to your weekends.

Westfield Southgate
3501 South Tamiami Trail

When residents of our Springs at Bee Ridge apartments want to have a full shopping experience, the retailers of Westfield Southgate mall deliver. This upscale mall is about 10 minutes from the apartment community and offers well-known names like Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor, and Macy's.

St. Armands Circle
300 Madison Drive

While it is a 25-minute drive from Springs Apartments in Sarasota, St. Armands Circle offers a shopping experience you won't want to miss. Upscale fashion retailers, like Binjara Traders and Crazy Shirts, sit alongside art galleries, exceptional dining options, and specialty and gift shops to provide a full day of shopping experiences, earning it the 2015 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.

Palm Plaza Shopping Center
4458 Bee Ridge Road

For those who need a gallon of milk or other convenience items, the Palm Plaza Shopping Center, which boasts a small grocery store and a few other retailers, is located just five minutes from the apartment community in Sarasota. Across the street from Palm Plaza is the Southeast Plaza, which boasts another grocery store, a pet store, and several smaller retailers.

Ellenton Premium Outlets

If you are bargain shopping, the Ellenton Premium Outlets are just across the Manatee River, about 13 minutes from Springs at Braden River. This popular shopping district has outlet stores for many of your favorite retailers, including Bath and Body Works, Billabong, and Gap.

Shoppes of Paradise Bay

Whether you need a new phone, a new outfit or some groceries, Shoppes of Paradise Bay has you covered. This strip mall has everything from the Dollar Tree to Marshall's, providing a one-stop shopping destination for residents of Springs at Palma Sola in Bradenton. The shopping area is located less than a mile from the apartment community.

The Mall is a fashion and dining destination features Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Dillard's and more than 125 stores and restaurants. Located at I-75 and University Parkway, you’ll also find many unique retailers not found anywhere else in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Downtown Bradenton
While not a shopping center, necessarily, downtown Bradenton houses a number of eclectic and unique shops to create an interesting shopping experience. For antique lovers, the Braden River Antiques on 9th Street is popular, while the nearby Ocean Rock Design offers unique bags and home decor items. You will find specialty clothing boutiques and art shops here as well.
